Clinical Mental Health Counseling
My passion for mental health counseling comes from a deep belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when given a safe and compassionate space to be fully seen and heard. I approach counseling from a person-centered foundation, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique story. My philosophy integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), allowing me to tailor interventions to the individual needs, values, and cultural backgrounds of those I serve.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping clients discover their strengths, develop resilience, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I strive to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges, encouraging insight, self-compassion, and lasting transformation. As I continue to grow in this profession, my goal is to combine clinical excellence with genuine human connection—empowering others to live with greater purpose, balance, and hope.
